Position Role. Responsible for all aspects of Regimental Recruiting, Recruit Training, Employer Engagement, Welfare and G1 support.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, manage, deliver and report on the Unit Recruiting Plan, identifying and exploiting regional recruiting stakeholders.
2. Provide mobilisation support to unit staff, assisting Welfare Services in sp of soldiers, family and employers during and post mobilisation.
3. Line manage unit recruiting staff, providing LM support to staff across the unit.
4. Act as interface between employer and reservist, providing policy D&G on contracts, entitlements and mobilisation.
5. Act as retention lead for recruits undergoing Basic Training.
6. Conduct associated welfare management training in order to support mobilised personnel.
7. Manage any unit welfare issues, including liaison with outside agencies, leading on WISMIS/ VRMIS as directed by CoC.
8. Administer the recruiting and selection process, conducting Outreach activity as required in collaboration with higher formation headquarters.
