1. Support candidates by phone, email, text and online to ensure they have a positive recruiting journey.

2. Provide knowledge of the Army and the careers available to candidates.

3. Liaise across recruiting operations to provide timely and appropriate candidate support.

4. Focus on military values and ethos in all recruiting environments/events.

5. Understand current Army recruiting priorities and schedule accordingly.

6. Understand regional and cultural nuances of the recruiting environment.

7. Promote and advance the relationship with the NRC, ACCs/AFCOs & HQ AITC (Trg Ops).

8. Conduct and review the Unit’s IPRE on a regular basis, alongside sub-unit CoC.
