| 1 Run the Unit recruiting pipeline including the administration and mentoring of applicants. 2 Conduct, review and maintain oversight of the Units IPRE on a regular basis. 3 Actively assist with the development and refinement of a dynamic recruiting process. 4 Actively support community engagement activities 5 Manage queries through liaison with the NRC, ROSO, ACCs / AFCOs & HQ ARITC (Trg Ops and Rec Br) YODA, Army sp networks and WF Plans/Policy. 6 Manage resources and material to support recruitment and retention, including media and social media. 7 Support applicants from first contact through to attestation and the end of Basic Training and coordinate RRMT. 8 Be prepared to conduct all other duties as directed by the chain of command. |
