Responsibilities:
1. Run the Unit recruiting pipeline including the administration and mentoring of applicants throughout.
2. Actively assist other sub units with the development and refinement of a dynamic recruiting process.
3. On behalf of OC, conduct and review the Unit’s IPRE on a regular basis.
4. Act as the first point of contact for all new joiners, including R2R and re-joiners.
5. Manage the relationship with the NRC, ROSO, ACCs / AFCOs & HQ ARITC (Trg Ops and Rec Br) YODA, Army employee support networks and WF Plans/Policy for all recruiting queries.
6. Mentor & Nurture applicants from first contact to attestation, success at Phase 1 Basic Training and manage and coordinate RRMT Staff and activities.
7. Manage resources and material to support outreach recruitment attract activities and retention in PL.
8. Carry out all other activities associated with role / RRMT Output; as directed by ROSO and the CoC.
9. Ensure all recruitment activity is in accordance with Policy.
