| 1. The ReMSO is to ATTRACT-NURTURE-ATTEST-HAND OFF-REPEAT 2. Manage and Direct the Unit recruiting pipeline including the administration and mentoring of applicants 3. Actively assist with the development and refinement of a dynamic recruiting process 4. Conduct, review and maintain oversight of the Unit’s IPRE on a regular basis. 5. Act as the first point of contact for all new joiners, including ex-regulars and re-joiners. 6. Manage the relationship with the NRC, SMSG SO2 REC, ACCs / AFCOs & HQ ARITC (Trg Ops and Rec Br) YODA, Army employee support networks and WF Directions/Policy for all recruiting queries. 7. Nurture applicants from first contact through to attestation and coordinate RRMT to take candidate through to the end of Basic Training. 8. Manage resources and material to support recruitment and retention, including media and social media ensuring they remain within AMS Res brand 9. Carry out all other activities as directed by the CoC. 10. Ensure all recruitment activity is in accordance with Policy. |
