Run the Sub-Unit recruiting pipeline, through DRS, including the administration and mentoring of candidates with the assistance of the Regimental Recruit Mentoring Team (RRMT).

Assist the ROSO with the development and refinement of the recruiting process through the Regimental Recruiting Directive.

Keep the sub-units Inteligent Projection of the Recruiting Environment (IPRE) up to date.
Act as the first point of contact for all new joiners, including ex-regulars and re-joiners.

Nurture applicants from first contact through to attestation and the end of Basic Training. Advise and provide SME advice to the RRMT.
