Validation Officer Chapman VC Company (Reserves) Pirbright in Reading

Scope for up to 88 RSD per annum. Commitment ideally consists of attending 1 x 14-day Battle Camp or 2 x 9-day Consolidated Courses as the main effort plus 5-10 Basic Training delivery weekends. Occasional ability to conduct mid-week work remotely through MODNet is highly advantageous. Commitments are flexible for the right applicant.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all instructor validation in conjunction with the SMI SASC and maintenance of relevant records.
2. Responsible for all student validation and maintenance of relevant records.
3. Assist in the maintenance of Unit policy in relation to education and validation.
4. Responsible for policies and strategies for students and staff with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
5. Conduct the duties of Army Instructional Leader.
6. Prepare all documents for OFSTED Pre inspection action.
7. Support and deputise for OC/2IC on G1-G9 matters as directed by the OC/2IC.
8. Co-Located liaison with SMI SASC G7 team location external to Chapman VC Coy location but within ATC Pirbright.
