  • Line Manager for G1 matters.
  • Deputise for DOM as required.
  • MS Requirements (1RO) for some Band SP.
  • Work closely with the Senior Management Team to ensure positive Morale and Wellbeing are nurtured.
  • Responsibility for Disciplinary procedures and issues.
  • Ensure all Military and Musical training is facilitated in compliance with current guidance.
  • Perform as a musician within band and ensembles.
  • Uphold Values and Standards and be an exemplar of Diversity and Inclusion to best effect Band output.
