1. Perform the role of Information Manager (iMgr) in accordance with ACSO 1810, 1811, 1812.

2. Act as Department Head for the Hermitage IHUB working as part of the Support Company.

3. Assure and assist with delivery of ORK for Information Warfare Units.

4. Maintain the Information Asset Register on behalf of the Information Warfare Units.

5. Inform the Data Protection Team of any new or amended processing activities, to ensure the Departmental Article 30 Register is kept up to date.

6. Ensure that all staff within their business areas are aware of their Data Protection responsibilities.

7. Assume the role of the principal Data Protection Policy Advisor to the Information Asset Owner (IAO) and Senior Information Risk Owners (SIRO).

8. Implement and/or review the arrangements concerning rectification and deletion of personal information in accordance with the MOD’s Retention and Destruction Schedules, JSPs, Data Protection guidance notes, etc.
