| Responsibilities: 1. Advise the CoC on Soldier CM policy, practice and guidance. 2. Advise the CoC with ideas on retention activity. Monitor outflow and act as focal point for resettlement. 3. Manage Soldier careers through the provision of career advice including promotion requirements, assignment options, transfers and education. 4. Advise the CoC on Unit structures and related organisation. 5. Assure in-service CM forms, management information systems and tools. 6. Monitor the movement of soldiers on assignment, attachment and courses. 7. Sp the CoC in the delivery of Unit SP CM activity, ensuring compliance with policy. 8. Support/contribute with unit level assurance including G1A, CM and the HAF. |
