Responsibilities
- Establishment of TOs in consultation with HQ 22 Gp.
- DSAT compliance.
- Trg validation.
- Development of trg solutions.
- Assure quality of course delivery.
- Oversee staff CPD.
- Represent RAFD in formal and informal meetings as required, where trg is the main issue.
- Advise chain of cmd on emerging education / trg requirements esp with regards to adult learning methodology.
- Implement a coaching programme for DS to complement formal DS Observations.
- Prepare and deliver staff trg events.
