Comd Tp Ldr - Reserve Officer within the Regimental Headquarters.
1. Responsibility to XO/2IC for all troops placed under command.
2. Management and welfare of troops under command, including attendance.
3. Career management of troops under command, including Confidential Reports, a Troop Book and an Interview Book.
4. Command all troops under command in barracks, on exercise and on operations.
5. Maintain personal military currency and physical fitness and that of all troops placed under command.
6. Overall management and care of kit, equipment and stores issued to RHQ.
7. Ensure that troops under command are fully briefed on orders, policies and regulations at all times.
8. Conduct other duties as required by RHQ Offrs.
