To maintain welfare, conduct and discipline of all non commissioned ranks in the Squadron.
Any additional regimental or squadron tasks as directed by the CO or OC.
Key adviser/confidant to OC on G1-G9 issues.
Be prepared to deputise for any Sqn officers on exercise or in barracks.
To assist the 2i/c and SQMS in maintaining effective administrative support to the Sqn
Develop military effectiveness by managing Values and Standards.
Assist RSM in running of WOs’ and Sgts’ Mess and oversee All-ranks bars.
To act as a mentor to all NCOs' within the Sqn.
Responsible for security during sub-unit level training.
