The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Attend for up to 66 RSDs, directed by the CoC & Regimental Training Directive.

To physically command a vehicle on exercise and operations.

To maintain the discipline, welfare and training of the crew.

To instruct the crew in their duties in barracks and in the field.

Carry out all other activities as directed by the CoC.

Any additional Regimental or Squadron tasks as directed by the CoC.

The effective management, leadership and administration of all soldiers under your control.

Operating in accordance with and enforcing current tactical doctrine, regimental SOPs when in the field and on Ops.

Remain current and competent in all RAC (RACES), BICIP & ITR Training qualifications.
