| Unit Role: FGEN FPREP of Reservist IAs to augment across the Armed Forces on operations & in training. Position Role: G4 support to 100 Regt RA in and support to Firm Base activities for RA Barracks, Woolwich Station. FTRS(HC). Responsibilities: 1. Manage the Unit Equipment Entitlement. 2. Provide Assurance & Governance to 100RA sub-units on all G4 matters. 3. Assume the appointment of Contract Supervising Officer for HESTIA and FDIS. 4. Ensure LEIF identification and application(s) are completed for 100RA and WS. 5. Oversee all SHE related matters on behalf of the CO (Duty Holder). 6. Maintain Equipment Care Assurance management in line with the UECD for LEAs. 7. Maintain Radiation Assurance management in line with the Radiation Orders and for inspections. 8. Maintain MT Assurance management in line with Standing Orders and for LSA&Is. 9. Maintain ASEMSA Assurance management in line with Standing Order and for LSA&Is. 10. Control all SHEF matters in line with Station Standing Orders. 11. Maintain all materiel matters in line with the DLF and for LSA&Is. 12. Liaise, support and direct all lodger units based in Woolwich Station, in line with SSOs (specifically G4). 13. FM for Station Commander’s Fund and WOs’ & Sgts’ Mess (Station). 14. Undertake departmental G1, career management and MS duties. 15. Promoting the well-being, personal development, quality of life and conditions of service of military personnel. 16. Other duties as required. |
