| 1. Liaise, visit and supply regular troop updates to our parent unit at V Sqn RLC, 48 Cdo (Spt Gp) RM. |
| 2. As the Line Manager for the unit AO civilian clerk you are to advise, report on, discuss progressions and manage their Annual Appraisal on the MyHR system iaw the Civil Service Success Profiles. |
| 3. Manage the units Equipment Entitlement (EE) and Ammunition Account on MJDI and ensure that the unit weapons and green vehicles are serviced, inspected and maintained on iaw LEUMS on JAMES. |
| 4. Monitor and maintain the units allocated training budgets for MTD’s and MAF on behalf of the OC. This will include Bi-monthly TEAMS calls with the NCHQ finance team. |
| 5. Attend various F2F and online TEAMS meetings on behalf of the troop OC, this will include the 48 Cdo (Spt Gp) RM Eqpt Spt meeting, the RLC WO/SNCO Petroleum Operator symposiums, ARC Derriford lodger unit Estate meeting and the weekly NCHQ RMR Cdo Trg meetings. |
| 6. As the only unit JPA Career Manager you are to manage and maintain all unit PID’s iaw the unit AFC 8005. This will include all transfers both in and out of the unit. |
| 7. MS Reporting – monitor and maintain the MS SJAR / OJAR workflow utilising JPA career manager as required. |
| 8. Assist in the booking of unit training areas on BAMS, upload unit traces and signed SAAF Trg forms as required to confirm area bookings. |
| 9. Be the lead focal point on all unit recruitment meetings and action applications via the Defence Recruitment System (DRS). Ensure the unit completes its annual 1LoDA form on ARMS to comply with the ARMY DARCAT assurance regime. |
| 10. Maintain the unit Non-Public Funds account. |
