| Permanent Staff Admin Officer for 677 Sqn based at Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. Provides the administrative leadership and continuity required for 677 Squadron AAC, enabling the generation of trained and deployable Reservists in support of Regiment and Aviation Brigade outputs. Delivers personnel administration, governance, training management, pay and reporting functions, ensuring the Squadron remains compliant, effective and operationally ready. This is a key FTRS HC enabling appointment that underpins the Squadron's ability to deliver operational capability. The PSAO plays a vital role in supporting personnel, maintaining governance and ensuring the efficient administration of Reserve service.
