1. Supervise all Sub-Unit G1 personnel administration activity, including mobilisation, pay, and the use and administration of MYADMIN.
2. Manage the delivery of the internal assurance and management check processes and act as the admin focal point for Unit G1 Readiness.
3. Conduct the duties of Sub-Unit Security Officer and Health & Safety adviser for the estate.
4. Manage authorised absences administration and entitlements, where appropriate.
5. Conduct the duties of Local Security Officer and site lead for all IT matters.
6. Act as Sub-Unit lead for all employer engagement activities.
7. Act as line manager for all civil service employees and be prepared to act as 1st Reporting Officer and/or 2nd Reporting Officer if required for Military Service Personnel.
8. Use specified IT systems to manage all medical and dental administration to ensure full deployability of all Sub-Unit Service Personnel.
