Position Role: Lead Warrant Officer responsible for youth engagement in the community, focusing on the delivery of targeted events for young people through different mediums like sport.
Responsibilities:
- Lead SME for Youth engagement in the community and advise the SO2 Engt Plans and Ops on opportunities.
- Plan, deliver and assure regional UK Engt (INFORM, UNDERSTAND, ATTRACT) with key youth Target Audiences (TA) iaw HQ RC UK Engt OpO.
- Plan, deliver, coordinate and support youth engagement in the communities.
- Establish and develop relationships with delivery partners and provide advice as required.
- Establish and maintain contacts with key stakeholders, liaising with external agencies, RPoC Staff and Army Reserve units to deliver appropriate youth engagement activities.
- Identify opportunities for other youth engagement.
- Conduct a minimum of 2 days UK Ops Trg and support the JMC during UK Resilience Ops.
- Other relevant and appropriate tasks and duties as directed.
