A vacancy has arisen for a Sgt (ICT Tech) to serve as SNCO IM at Preston Lancashire on Full Time Reserve Service (Limited Commitment) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS) with an initial proposed start date of 18 May 2026 (or earlier / later subject to candidate status).
Responsibilities:
- Project Manage the installation, configuration and commissioning of ICT MOD equipment before handing them over for Operations and Management.
- Be the focal point for Bus Units on all aspects of Information Governance and Policy.
- Procure, manage and administer communication facilities.
- Be the focal point for Bus Units on all aspects of Data Protection policies and procedures.
- Facilitate the use of Shared Working Areas and Team sites.
- Provide advice and guidance on how PAGC can best exploit the IS structure and organised file stores.
- Perform the duties of the Crypto Custodian Holder.
