- UCM MED CM MSOVO SO3
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the allocation of available suitably qualified experienced personnel (SQEP) to MSO & VO workforce requirement (OF1–OF2).
2. Conduct individual career reviews as required. Deliver CM/MS briefings/presentations as required/requested.
3. Career management of VO and MSO (up to OF2) in accordance with Defence CM principles, UCM CM policies and s S policies where applicable.
4. Provide AR direction to individuals and Co C.
6. Liaison with other UCM CM pillars iot identify cross pillar opportunities.
7. Represent SO2 and SO1 CM MSO & VO as required. Perform the duties of civilian LM, RO and CSO as directed and iaw civil service policies.
8. Liaison with external agencies, RN, Army, RAF, HQ DMS and other stakeholders, as required.
9. Undertake secretariat role for VO and MSO (OF1 to OF2) Boards, including pre-board preparation and post-board activity.
