1.
Support the Troop Commander (TC) and Troops Sergeant Major (TSM) in the command and administration of the Battery.
2.
Set and maintain standards of a SNCO in accordance with Army Values and Standards.
3.
Assist in technical and military skills training.
Develop subordinates for career progression.
4.
Conduct the maintenance of the troop equipment liability as directed by the BC and BK.
5.
Be prepared to deploy as a HVM LML Commander.
Management and leadership responsibilities for all crew members.
6.
Execute and implement directives imposed by the chain of command.
7.
Hold or be prepared to work towards HVM LML 4 qualifications.
