- Supervise training iaw current regulations
- Provide instruction as required by Unit PW
- Develop PW2s, RMSAA and other subordinate's
- Provide PW advice to the Chain of Command as required
- Plan & conduct Live Firing Marksmanship Training (LFMT)
- Plan & conduct Live Firing Tactical Training (LFTT)
- Act as the SPO / ASPO as required
- Support Unit PW as required
