Unit Role: Reserve War Fighting Infantry Light Role Unit.

Position Role: Responsible for the training, administration, and development of soldiers in a Rifle platoon both in barracks, on exercise, and on operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Command Platoon as per Unit's objectives and mission.
  • Responsible for day-to-day management of personnel in camp and when deployed.
  • Supervise and advise SNCOs and JNCOs in all aspects of professional and personal development.
  • Career management of all personnel under their command.
  • Monitor all aspects of administration and recommend disciplinary welfare or remedial action to OC.
  • Responsible for health, safety, and welfare of all personnel under command.
  • Be prepared to conduct any further tasks as designated by the CoC or OC.
