The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
Domestic Considerations: 27 - 38.5 RSDs per year with additional RSD-ST available with pre-approval. Army Reserve post, flexibility to work late nights and weekends and exercises up to 2 weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Sqn 2IC and SSM in the planning and conduct of Sub-Unit training as directed by the Sqn OC.
- Assist the Perm Staff in facilitating G7 processes to drive and influence effect in Sqn functional training outputs.
- Help develop and maintain Sqn SOIs, SOPs and TTPs for the deployment for the Sqn CP.
- Assist with the maintenance of the Sqn Ops Room-SCP and ensure they are fit for purpose in supporting Sqn and Regtl training.
- Lead as Watchkeeper in the Sqn CP and be prepared to deputise for the Sqn 2IC and SSM as required.
- Support the Perm Staff and Sqn 2IC in validating Sub-Unit training including the capture of lessons identified and learnt.
- Assist the Perm Staff and Field Tps in maintaining the Sqn Ops Tracker and in the capture of annual ACT and career course plans.
- Comply with the Regtl SHEF policy and instil a Safe System of Work-Training in all training outputs.
