Provide recruit governance and assurance to the CO. Manage and develop the RRMT to optimise all recruit mentoring activity. Assure the standards and quality of recruit nurturing activities within the Regt. Deliver function specific training and mentoring for RRMT personnel as required. Optimise Regt'l Recruit Training (Phase 1) to achieve continued improvement and standardisation of best practice. Manage and enable the progress of all phase 1 recruits from attestation until completion of CMS 21. Maintain an awareness of RRMT issues within the Regt and Army Recruit Training Policy.
