The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

1. Planning, coordination and monitoring of AULDP training and examinations, Annual Camp and all training risk assessments.

2. Produce, direct, co-ordinate and validate the unit FOE, including a one year detailed and a two-year rolling training programme.

3. Command the Unit Training Cell and be 1 RO for selected staff as directed by CO.

4. Manage the unit trg budget using CHURCHILL to forecast and track expenditure, coordinate and book training facilities and update activities.

5. Ensure governance and assurance of training.

6. Deputise for the Commanding Officer as required.

7. Oversee accreditation of training, through the Institute of Leadership and Management.

8. Support the CO as required in planning and delivery of Outreach, Firm Base, Civil Engagement, UK Ops, Resilience and other tasks.
