Position Role
Lead in the design and training delivery of Human Security as the Training Provider on behalf of the TRA, and to assist in creating and maintaining a Community of Interest in Human Security (HS) across Defence.
Responsibilities
1. Manage and deliver Defence the Human Security (HS) in Military Operations course, HS DLE Fundamentals and HS Focal Point courses requiring.
2. Co-ordination of a global speaker faculty’ Directing Staff (DS) and their contract management and coordinating the FGen of DS from across Defence.
3. Scope, design, and deliver HS learning in conjunction with the TRA, sS HS leads and the MOD Hd of HS Policy. Member of the HS Implementation WG.
4. Manage all Trg Provider DSAT responsibilities; maintaining L Specs and ensure mgmt. information is accurately recorded iaw DefAc processes.
5. Provide SME HS expertise in spt of wider DE objectives. Support trg and policy development activity within identified Theory of Change frameworks.
6. Liaison with TRA and triS HS Focal Points to ensure appropriate community of practice is maintained via the global faculty and HS personnel.
7. Provide SME advice to wider Defence Academy audience to include JSCSC, International Section and the Building Integrity Unit.
8. Undertaking other tasks as required in support of course delivery/facilitation and/or broader DLaB outputs on a strategic level.
