Position Role: Officer Commanding Support Squadron, responsible for the leadership and management of a multi-cap badge Sub-Unit providing RLS to the Regiment.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide robust and sustainable support to the Regiment in order to meet its operational commitments and its preparation for operations.
2. Ensure personnel and assets are available to deploy with the readiness states in support of enduring Commitments.
3. Manage workforce levels to ensure targets are met.
4. Manage discipline and administrative action across the Squadron.
5. Ensure all appraisal reports are produced on time and are a true reflection of performance and potential in order to manage career aspirations.
6. Ensure the Squadron's equipment is managed correctly and a robust accounting procedure is in place.
7. Ensure a robust and efficient welfare system is in place to support married and single personnel.. .
