1. Maintain discipline and standards, whilst nurturing the social and moral development of OCdts.
2. Assist Adjt/RAO with recruitment of OCdts.
3. Assist RAWO with Non-Public and Public Accounting.
4. Subsidiary tasks may include, Casualty Notifying Officer (CNO), Trauma Risk Management (TRiM), Equality Diversion Inclusion Advisor (EDIA).
5. Act as a unit driver in support of OCdt sporting or AT activities.
6. Assist in the delivery and execution of Adventurous Trg and Sporting events.
7. All other duties particular to the unit as directed by the Executive Officer (XO).
8. Act as a role model of the British Army’s values, standards and ethos.
