| MITER Tp PSI is to provide C2 for 77x Sponsored Reserve (SR) personnel in support of Units operating MITER equipment in Firm Base, Deployed Benign and Deployed Tactical environments. Responsibilities: 1. Act as key focal point for SR personnel, responding to queries and communicating effectively with RE Wks Gps, HQ 8X via SO3 MITER, and the individual/Unit. 2. Form solid working relationships with AmeyBriggs and Mil Units, whilst working centrally as part of a wider support function. Provide direction and guidance to Mil Units regarding administration of SRs. Provide support to SRs completing activities with Mil Units. 3. Primary PoC for MITER SRs for all G1-9 functions. Be the Mil POC for SR recruiting activity and mentor SR recruits through the process. 4. Attend Training events in a Real-Life Support capacity to ensure smooth running. Deal with issues as they arise. 5. Utilise OPUS/ADW based systems including CHURCHILL and ODR to plan, book, facilitate and record events for MITER SRs. Utilise the MOBREP application within MUSTER to mobilise SR personnel. Monitor their deployments and facilitate timely DEMOB through MRTC. 6. Facilitate SR annual trg for both ATX / OTX and weekend events (including ITRs). 7. Responsible for the booking of SR onto critical external courses. 8. Manage SR to ensure maximum deployability and employability, with particular attention to: G1 Admin; Med Cat; clothing and equipment; training and competences. |
