Support planning and delivery of Army University Leadership Development Programme in line with the unit training plan as tasked by the XO.

Plan, organise and deliver training as directed by the OC or XO.

Deliver in barracks business process ensuring maintenance of standards and efficiency.

Lead, mentor and develop OCdts within Coy through being an exemplar role model.

Plan, organise and administer additional training as directed by the Commanding Officer.

Maintain discipline and standards whilst nurturing the social and moral development of OCdts.
