Overview: Captain Instructor within East Midlands UOTC delivering the Army University Leadership Programme in support of the OTC Gp Mission and feeding OCdts into RMAS Commissioning pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver the Army University Leadership Development Programme inline to the unit training plan.
  • Lead, mentor and develop OCdts within Coy through being an exemplar role model.
  • Facilitate good working relationships through understanding people and effective social skills to support collaboration.
  • Provide advice and support to OCdts looking to conduct further military service in either the Regular or Reserve Force.
  • Identify and demonstrate personal and professional development opportunities for self and others.
  • Identify and mitigate risk at all levels of planning and delivery.
  • Support the units annual recruitment process with the intent to attract a broad and diverse cohort of quality students.
  • Lead or support tasks as directed by the OC in support of Coy and UOTC core business.
