Responsible to the RSM, 2IC for all aspects of training matters and to Bde for PO matters. 1. Lead Trg Wing staff of 4 military and 4 CS Instructors 2. Design, plan and deliver Guard Force Training to the NIGF and NISGS 3. Design, plan and deliver BCC, ITRs and other tasks as required in accordance with the NIGSU Training Directive or as tasked by the NIGSU Training Officer 4. Provide SME advice to the NIGSU CO and Trg Officer. 5. Trg Dept lead on ODR, CHURCHILL and BAMS. 6. Oversee administration of all NISGS and NIGF Courses. 7.
