Subject to formal establishment, a vacancy will arise for an OF3 to serve as ASU 2IC, Chicksands, on FTRS (HC) Terms and Conditions of Service (TaCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 1 Oct 26.
Responsibilities:
- Unit Equipment Care Manager. Responsible to the CO for all unit EC, ensuring compliance with UECD and ACSO policy. Chair the EC meetings and lead the LEA.
- Audit & Inspection regime. In accordance with ACSO 4001 and 9001, oversight and management of all audits and inspections.
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Ownership and refinement of various SLAs across the site, lodger units and detached units.
- Senior Information Risk Officer. Ensure compliance with DPIA in conjunction with HQ Defence Intelligence Academy SIO.
- ASU Budget Manager & Senior Fund Manager for Defence Intelligence Academy non-public funds.
- Line management and Reporting Officer responsibilities for several military and civil service personnel.
- Deputise for CO Academy Support Unit and Head of Establishment as required.
- Deputy Head of Establishment; conduct duties and tasks as identified by CO Academy Support Unit.
