Must be prepared to support the JMC during UK Resilience Ops. Position Role: Mil Clerk - Information Support Assistant/HR Admin - Cpl 1. Provide staff support to Comd Gp as required and undertake iHub functions as directed by HEO IMIX. 2. Maintain HQ Internet, intranet, team sites, document templates and forms as directed by the HEO IMIX. 3. IAdmin – understand procedures and assist in the production, distribution, retention and retrieval of records under the auspices of the HEO IMIX. 4. Assist with the control, maintenance and security of protectively marked material and equipment within the HQ. 5. Provide assistance with JPA applications and processes for HQ North personal as well as being prepared to assist Garrison Staff Support Unit GAOs with G1 administration. 6. Provide a full range of iAdmin/Staff Sp to the JMC, operation of IS Systems, including the transfer of data between in-barracks and deployed systems. 7. Collate KPI data from the pillars and update the KPI Dashboard, to enable a KPI Dashboard cut to be provided to the Comd monthly. 8. Conduct a minimum of 2 days UK Ops Trg and support the JMC during UK Resilience Ops. |
