Position Role: Interface between DIO, CoC, Units, Service Personnel (SP) and Families, appropriate civilian organisations.

  • Mil Focal point for all housing/living and responsible for solving issues in the support role IAW current policy.
  • Provide J1 perspective and support for the planning and delivery of the enduring housing requirement.
  • Deliver an accurate assessment of housing/living issues and communicate changes in policy at all levels.
  • Monitor & assist with the 4TG and SSFA process as required and provide support to the SSSA process as appropriate.
  • Monitor & assess DIO performance against the SLA. Plan and provide support to DIO Ops Accom as appropriate.
  • Provide policy guidance on all housing matters.
  • Advise and assist on housing aspects for transition of Service Personnel including by exception FTRS, and for veterans where appropriate.
  • Conduct a minimum of 2 days UK Ops Trg and support the JMC during Ops and Ex CAMBRIAN PATROL.
