Monitor the movement of soldiers on assignment attachment and courses. |

Advise the CoC on Unit structures and integrity of JPA data. |

|
Advise the CoC on Soldier CM policy practice and guidance. |
|
|
Assure in-service CM forms management information systems and tools. |
|
|
Advise the CoC with ideas on retention activity. Monitor outflow and act as focal point for resettlement. |

|
Assist in the organisation and management of all grading and appointing boards on behalf of the CO. |

|
Act as the unit focus for Resettlement advice. |
