Responsibilities:
- Lead on the Training Line of Development for the Army Recovery Capability (ARC).
- Lead for training and development of Personnel Recovery opportunities for the Army and for Defence recovery courses run at the Personnel Recovery Centres (PRCs) and the Battleback Centre.
- Manage and assure all training. Determination of ARC SOTR and delivery of biannual CEB.
- Produce ARC training policy and TQM as ARC Training SME.
- Coordination of the delivery of all activities across PRCs and the Battleback Centre, including Battleback AT.
- Liaise and coordinate with DRC, supporting agencies and 3rd sector over development and delivery of courses.
- Deliver training metrics.
- Training deliverer on staff training events and CPD.
- Line Manager of SO3 Training.
