1. Provide direct support and military advice to AH(Mil) Plans, Deputy Director Programme Management Office & Corporate Services and Programme Director Delivery.
2. Support and contribute to the delivery of the ARP Governance battle rhythm and Programme Management Information and products.
3. Monitor the delivery objectives and results, ensuring reviews are based on evidence and give an objective account of programme performance, ensuring recommendations are followed up and implemented.
4. Ensure all risks and issues are captured in the DARR Register with the proportionate and adequate control measures implemented to ensure all those identified remain ALARP and Tolerable.
5. Identify, analyse and develop options for future ARP programme decisions.
6. Collate data from all phases of the operation to communicate a consolidated single version of the data. Forecast performance of the operating model and present SRO and Director decisions and risks.
7. Support DARR to deliver an assured data position through data management tools.
8. Work with DARR Data and Management Information Team to ensure common data understanding and to facilitate effective joint working practices. Support DARR as data protection.
9. BPT to conduct planning and implement MOD response to any contingent crisis associated with Operational Delivery.
10. Act 1RO and 2RO as directed in the OP LAZURITE MS Organisation.
