Responsibilities:
1. Manage Comd's MS, HQ MS and HQ civilian reporting programmes; principal focus for all OPCOM Unit MS issues and interface with SO1/2 MS HQ ARRC.
2. Lead for MS activity including ARs, MS1 and MS2 for OF5, OF4 and OF3 (Reg and Res) across HQ and all Bde Units (approx. 190 personnel).
3. Lead for Mil Recognition, incl: H&A submissions (NYL, KBL etc.), bespoke awards and sp Corps, ARRC & other Defence & Civilian recognition opportunities.
4. Lead for MS development and maintain 8 Engr Bde MS 'direction' to all Units & HQ.
5. Provide CM/MS advice to all HQ personnel as subjects and reporting officers as defacto Adjt/RCMO. Provide similar advice to Bde Units as required.
6. Deliver Bde's Civil Servant Financial (Monetary Award & Thank You) rewards schemes. In conjunction with 2* HQ CWA.
7. Mentor and support C2 SO2 MS in delivery of their part of Bde's MS AR remit.
