Position

Role

Plan, Lead and execute the delivery of Firm Base support, including Head of Establishment (Ho E) responsibilities, on behalf of the Commander, LONDIST in your assigned Ao R..

Responsibilities: 1.

Act as Ho E for designated LONDIST sites on behalf of Comd LONDIST, in line with ACSO 1105 (2026–27).

Lead and manage a multi site Hub Team, including attached personnel such as MPGS under ADCON. 3.

Build and maintain strong relationships with lodger units, third party tenants and key service partners.

Chair and coordinate routine customer and supplier forums (e. g. SIMMs, FBECs, contract reviews).

Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues and opportunities across the Area of Responsibility. . 6.

Coordinate and deconflict business continuity planning across all tenant units and sites.

7. Support UK resilience operations when tasked, in support of Comd LONDIST.

Undertake additional duties as directed by the Chain of Command.
