Domestic Considerations: Regional Command encourages output-focussed flexible working practices based from Central London. Routine travel around your Area of Responsibility (AoR) will be required.

Position Role: Plan, Lead and execute the delivery of Firm Base support, including Head of Establishment (HoE) responsibilities, on behalf of the Commander, LONDIST in your assigned AoR.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as HoE for designated LONDIST sites on behalf of Comd LONDIST, in line with ACSO 1105 (2026–27).
  • Lead and manage a multi-site Hub Team, including attached personnel such as MPGS under ADCON.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with lodger units, third party tenants and key service partners.
  • Chair and coordinate routine customer and supplier forums (e.g. SIMMs, FBECs, contract reviews).
  • Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues and opportunities across the Area of Responsibility.
  • Coordinate and deconflict business continuity planning across all tenant units and sites.
  • Support UK resilience operations when tasked, in support of Comd LONDIST.
  • Undertake additional duties as directed by the Chain of Command.
