Responsibilities:

  • Regimental point of contact for all matters pertaining to Recruiting and Retention.
  • Lead for the Regiment’s physical and digital recruiting campaigns, as directed by the CO.
  • Responsible for issuing Regimental Recruiting, Retention, and Welfare Directives.
  • Line Manager for the Regiment’s three Recruiting and Mentoring Support Officers (ReMSOs), including MS.
  • As Unit Welfare Officer, the Regimental focus for all welfare matters including officer, soldier, and family support whilst at home and operations.
  • Responsible for the completion and forwarding to Higher Authority; Recruiting and Workforce returns.
  • Responsible for all HRR processes, including reports and returns, workforce and call out procedures.
  • Assist the Adjutant in the recruitment, commissioning and training of Potential Officers and Officer Cadets.
