All aspects of RMR City of London motor transport management and administration.

Authority .
The GM SNCO is authorised to liaise with other service and MOD establishments on matters pertaining to their role.
- Additional Responsibilities
- The allocation of vehicles and drivers in conjunction with the HQ and training requirements.
- To act as the unit accident procedure manager (UAPM) for the unit and the Southeast Region AFCO’s & URNUs.
- Check testing of user and Heavy Goods Vehicle drivers and act as general service driving instructor (GSDI).
- The maintenance and servicing of all AFCO vehicles in the Southeast of England NRCEE including all associated transport paperwork to conduct end of month routines.
- To Manage Clarity manager for all transport administration.
- To act as the unit licencing officer (ULO).
- To act as the single POC and subject matter expert for all AFCOs in the Southeast NRCEE area.
- To check all transport associated bills and recharges on Clarity manager.
All documentation dealing with
- Vehicle repairs and vehicle defect paperwork.
- Vehicle stores, Vehicle maintenance, and servicing.
- Hire vehicles and 3rd Line transport.
- End of month routines for unit auditors.
- Driver’s hours and driver behaviour manager.
- Notifications of intended prosecution (NIPs) from the Met Police.
- Driving duties if required.
- They will be a member of the unit SHEF committee.
