Unit Role: Provision of individual reservists to augment other parts of the Armed Forces on operations and in training.
Position Role: RAWO of a national Army Reserve HQ and HQ Woolwich Station.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to the CO via RAO for day to day management and functional control of the Unit Admin Office and personnel employed within it.
- Assist Stn Comd and Adjt with the development and delivery of unit MS matters as required.
- Assist the RAO in continuation trade training, continuing professional development for all Admin Office Staff (Mil and CS Unit HR), mentor for Unit HR Admin Staff.
- Prepare and co-ordinate G1A Management Check Plan in conjunction with the RAO to ensure the Regiment are fully compliant in all aspects of the annual G1 Audit.
- Unit PVRO responsible for reviewing and managing vetting register against AET AFC8005.
- DPA in support of DPO, with overarching responsibility to ensure Data Protection within the organisation is addressed correctly and personal data is provided with the proper protection, as defined under the Data Protection Act 1998. Local administration of the AIAR in DPO’s absence.
- ISO, IHUB and Sharepoint Administrator. Unit Expert User responsible for user account creation and MODnet management and RAPS Super User.
- Operation and preparation of all requirements to assure unit to G1A standards for 100 Regt RA & Woolwich Station.
- Any other duties as directed by the Senior personnel.
