Responsibilities include:
- Liaison with Local Brigade Staff Officer Grade 2 (SO2) Staff and Personnel Support Branch (SPS).
- The personal development, motivation, welfare and career management of:
- AGC SPS (R).
- Civilian clerical staff within RHQ.
- Line Manager of Company PSAO’s.
Other Duties: To assist, where requested and appropriate, with any sponsored associations particularly where that assistance is for the good and benefit of 1 London Guards as a whole.
