Responsibilities:

  • Deputise for the OC. Responsible to the OC for day to day administration and management of the Sqn and Army Reserve Centres across G1-9 responsibilities.
  • Responsible for MS at Sqn level, and organisation of Sqn grading boards.
  • Management of the permanent and civilian staff, LM for all civilian staff.
  • To perform the duties of site Security Officer and USA/M and deliver site lead responsibilities where directed.
  • As the Estates and Facilities Manager, responsible for the day to day management and cleanliness of the ARC and for submitting works orders and liaising with RFCA.
  • Responsible for Sqn event planning, and conduct of planning meetings.
  • Responsible for the day to day administration of Sqn pay, bounty payments, allowances and charges.
  • Assume the appointment of Fund Manager for all Service Non-Public Funds; maintain the Sqn PAXTON account and any associated documentation to support the account.
  • Responsible on behalf of HoE for other users of ARC space. Liaison with renters and lodger units.
