Subject to formal establishment, a vacancy will arise for an OR9-OF2 to serve as PJHQ J1/J4 Honours and Awards Manager atPJHQ, Northwood HQ on ADC or VTOD (if applicable) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 07 Oct 26 (or earlier/later, subject to formal establishment and candidate status).
Up to 180 RSDs are available for the right candidate to conduct the role.

Responsibilities:
Act as primary PoC (supported by SO2 and OR6) to advertise & administer PJHQ Honours & Awards process. |
Act as lead for PJHQ internal recognition process. |
Act as Deputy for Civilian Recognition Scheme to administer process & deliver timely recognition. |
Create Calling Notices, collate & staff submissions at State, 4*, 3* and 2* level and organise boards. |
Record & action committee decisions. |
Organise notification to successful applicants & prepare summary citations. |
Assist with delivery of Honours & Awards ceremonies. |
Work with agility to expedite high quality delivery of submissions & notifications. |
