Subject to formal establishment, a vacancy will arise for a Cpl, Sgt, Chf Tech or FS (Any Profession; however, preference will be given to those applicants who are in the Medical Profession) to serve as RAFMS Profession Administrator within Medical Personnel & Training Team at RAF High Wycombe on Additional Duties Commitment (90) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 07 September 2026 (or earlier/later, subject to candidate status and formal establishment).

Whilst the position is tied to HQ Air Cmd, RAF High Wycombe, the post is offered on remote working terms, ideally suiting someone able to work from home with the ability to dock into their local RAF Station or MoD establishment as and when required.

The successful applicant will work as part of the RAFMS Profession Team and will be required to:

  • Act as focal point for all competence change work within the RAFMS Profession.
  • Act as focal point for all cadres within the RAFMS transitioning to Professions to enable standardisation where available, including review of competencies within JPANs, creating and reviewing RAFMS competence frameworks.
  • Oversight of work to cleanse, create and develop Competence, Qualification and Training data on JPA for all RAFMS cadres once understood from the Head of Profession.
  • Assist RAF Medic Profession Advisor with management, development and maintenance of the Military Medic Portfolio.
